By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the responsibilities required (including those of my workplace) in acting as a Drop-off Location for Shoe Boxes of Love.

I agree to ensure the safe storage and delivery of all collected Shoe Boxes of Love from my place of work to the central storage location, as specified for each appeal. I understand that all items collected must be forwarded to Shoe Boxes of Love.

I understand that I will be held responsible for all transport/freight costs incurred, if I chose to use a courier company to transport collected boxes, unless otherwise arranged with the team at Shoe Boxes of Love.
