Our "A Little Help" essential hygiene relief packs are just that - packages of essential personal care items to help ease the burden for those who are struggling, or being forced to make a decision between food and bills.

We offer a discrete, no-questions-asked opportunity for those struggling to access the items we know are essential for maintaining a healthy routine.

Note: At this time, we are unable to offer individual delivery - collection will be from a central Adelaide Hills collection point. 

Contents and brands will vary between packages; but will, at a minimum, contain shampoo and conditioner, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant, sanitary items in women's packs, and where possible, razors for both genders.
